With IIManager, you can control where and how all of your vehicles are exported quickly and easliy.
With IIManager, you can control where and how all of your vehicles are exported quickly and easliy.
- From the Inventory Manager home screen, click the dropdown menu in the top left of the screen labelled Return To. Select Manage Data Exports.
- From this screen you can select any of the third-party sites that receive a vehicle feed from us. Select the export you'd like to manage.
- Here you'll be presented with a few options for you page.
- First you'll see a few text boxes. Anything in these fields will generate either before or after you vehicle description for every vehicle sent to the third-party site you've chosen. You also have the ability to apply the new description to ALL your exports sites.
- Next you'll see a few checkboxes that control what types of vehicles that get sent in the exports. Want to include vehicles you've sold? Check the box. Want to hide vehicles that haven't been fully reconditioned? Uncheck the "Inventory marked as pending" box.
- Once you're happy with the changes you've made, click save settings. Once your feed is done updating you'll see a message at the top of the page above Data Exports "updated..."
