After entering the above information tap Next.
The iPhone will attempt to establish an SSL connection to your IMAP and SMTP servers. If this succeeds, you will be done and can proceed to checking your inbox from the Mail app. If this fails, you will see the prompt, "Do you want to try setting up the account without SSL?" -- Tap Yes. When prompted, "This account may not be able to send or receive emails. Are you sure you want to save," tap Save.
At this point, your email is almost set up. Ensure you have username and password under both Mail Servers. Failure to include one or the other can result in problems sending/receiving emails.
Exit Settings, and check to make sure your email inbox is working using the Mail icon. If your account is new, send a test email to and from a personal email address to ensure both outgoing mail servers are correctly set up. If you're still having trouble with emails after this point, contact us.
