No Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations Policy for Custom Orders
All custom graphics are created specifically for each client based on the details, preferences, and approvals provided at the time of purchase. Due to the personalized nature of these products, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any custom design orders. Each project is unique and tailored to your specifications, making it non-refundable and non-returnable.
No Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and work has begun, it cannot be canceled for any reason. Please ensure all project details, content, and design requests are accurate before confirming your order.
Errors or Quality Concerns
If an error occurs due to our production or design process, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting images. Verified errors on our part will be corrected at no additional cost.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to review all design proofs, spelling, colors, and specifications prior to final approval. Once approved, the design will proceed to production exactly as submitted.
