Zoom Meeting Disclaimer and Consent
This appointment or communication will be conducted Zoom Video Communications, Inc. (“Zoom”), a third-party video conferencing platform. By accessing or participating in the meeting, you acknowledge that Zoom operates independently and that your use of its platform is subject to Zoom’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review those policies prior to participation.
1. Nature of the Communication
The meeting may involve the use of audio, video, chat, file sharing, screen sharing, and other interactive or collaborative features. These features may result in the collection of your voice, image, likeness, name, contact information, communications, shared content, technical data (such as IP address, device information), and other personal information you choose to provide or that is generated through your participation.
