Step-by-Step Guide: Creating Customizable Inventory Reports with Inventory Manager

The Inventory Manager in AutoRevolution allows you to create detailed and customizable reports of your vehicle inventory. Follow this guide to learn how to access and configure inventory reports.

Access the Inventory Report Module

After logging into your AutoRevolution account:

1. Navigate to the left side panel and select Printables.
2. This will open the Inventory Report page, where you can access a printable inventory list.

Step 1: Customize Report Fields

1. Use the drag and drop feature to add or remove fields from your report.
2. Columns in the report will print in the order they appear in the selected values menu.

Step 2: Select Locations

Choose a specific location or select All Locations from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Choose Vehicle Types

Select either Undivided or Divided vehicle types for your report.

Step 4: Sort the Report

Select how you would like your report sorted from the available options.

Step 5: Select Font Size

Choose a font size for the printable report. A smaller font size:

• Allows more information per page.
• Does not increase the number of vehicles per page.

Use your browser’s print preview to ensure the report fits the page.

Step 6: Additional Options

1. Check boxes for:
   • Maximum Picture
   • Vehicles with missing descriptions
   • Printable in spreadsheet format
2. Tip: To see which vehicles are missing photos, set the "Maximum Pictures" field to 0 and check the box.
3. Tip: A "Missing Description Report" will list vehicles without a description.

Step 7: View and Print Inventory List

1. Once all options are selected, click View/Print Inventory List.
2. Use the preview to ensure all fields fit on the page.
3. You can also email the inventory report to any address you specify.
