Restore Deleted Vehicles in AutoRevolution

Step-by-Step Guide: Restore Previously Deleted Vehicles

Quickly recover vehicles removed from your inventory to ensure your online listings remain complete and accurate. You can restore an individual listing or duplicate a deleted vehicle into a new listing.

Access the Inventory Archive Module

  1. Log in to your AutoRevolution account.
  2. Navigate to the left side panel and select Inventory Archive. This opens a list of all previously deleted vehicles archived for the last year. Inventory and photos are available for renewal for one year past deletion.
  3. Use the search box in the upper right corner or select the vehicle you want to restore.
  4. Click the Renew button to restore the vehicle.
  5. Verify the vehicle information is correct, then choose one of the following options:
    • Reactivate: Keeps all previous information associated with the vehicle. Use this if you want the exact same listing restored.
    • Duplicate: Creates a new listing with the same information, but age, views, and unique vehicle identification will change. Use this for recurring vehicle types.

The vehicle will then move back into your main inventory and website.

Tip: If the vehicle does not display in the Deleted Vehicle page, contact AutoRevolution support to restore older inventory.
